What’s included?
Everything. Every standard package includes a custom design, professional installation, maintenance all season, takedown after the holidays, and storage until next year. We supply the commercial-grade lights, too.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. We supply the lights and keep ownership of them, so you never buy, untangle, or store a single strand. Our lights are commercial-grade and cut to fit your home.
When do you install?
We schedule installs in the weeks leading up to the holidays. Our install calendar is limited and the best dates go first, so the earlier you book, the more dates you can choose from.
When do you take the lights down?
Takedown runs January 2 through February 15, weather permitting. We remove everything, pack it up, and store it until next season.
What if a bulb goes out?
Call or text us. Maintenance is included all season: we’re back within 48 hours, usually within 24, at no charge.
Can I choose my colors?
Absolutely. Classic warm white, bold multicolor, red and white, or your team’s colors — we’ll show you the look on your custom mockup before anything goes up.
Do you light businesses and HOA entrances?
Yes. We light storefronts, offices, and neighborhood entrances, with packages for any budget. Commercial jobs start at $500. Property managers and HOA boards can request a walkthrough.
What areas do you serve?
All of Northeast Georgia, including Gainesville, Buford, Flowery Branch, Suwanee, Sugar Hill, Cleveland, Dahlonega, Habersham, Rabun, Jefferson, and Commerce. Not sure if you’re in range? Just ask.
How much does it cost?
Every home is different, so we price each one individually. Your free custom mockup comes with an upfront price — no surprises. Commercial displays start at $500.
How does the Early Bird discount work?
Book by October 31 and we’ll take $100 off your display. Request your free mockup, approve your design, and book before the deadline.
Can I cancel?
